REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you decide to request a refund after your application has been submitted, you can apply to be considered for receiving a refund of agency application service fees.
It is not possible to cancel the application once our team has processed the application and emailed the approved visa letter, as our company pays the required fee to the Ministry of Home Affairs of the concerned country to get the visa approved.
In case of rush and urgent application our team immidately process the application and therefore it is not possible to cancel the application once payment is recived.

3. Your unique transaction ID.
4. The email used to make the registration on this website.
All refund requests will be evaluated within 72 hours. If in case refund is approved, $35 cancelletions/refund charges will be applied per applicant.
